Connor Martin is a third year crop scout from Summitville, Indiana working for Co-Alliance LLP; he scouts for almost 20 growers. He is a junior in agricultural business transferring to Ivy Tech Community College.
At the beginning of the scouting season he takes stand counts, checks for emergence, and has a heavy emphasis on weed ID. Mid to late season he is looking for insects, diseases, checking tassel emergence, and taking yield checks. Connor knows that ScoutPro has been a huge help in the field.
